Robert 'Andy' Versace.
Andy grew up in East Texas, graduating from Athens High School in the early 2000's. With several lawyers in his family, and a strong desire to help those being treated unfairly, or in troubling situations, Andy was drawn to the field of criminal defense and law.
While attending the University of Sioux Falls - where he received his BA in Criminal Justice and Sociology - Andy helped establish, and run, a mentoring program for at-risk juveniles offenders. Gaining great, early experience in criminal justice and criminal defense. His help in that program, as well as volunteer work with the Bowden Youth Center, allowed him the honor of being asked to present at the Academy of Criminal Justice and Science Conference in Chicago - representing his entire school at the event.
Andy attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law for his Juris Doctor degree in 2010. While attending school, he was a Merit Scholar, Magna Cum Laude, maintained a great GPA and was on the Dean's List multipile times. He also recieved several CALI Awards - given only to those with the highest marks in their law class.
After school, Andy began working for Hunsucker Legal Group in Oklahoma City as a Licensed Legal Intern, and quickly became an Associate Attorney at the firm. After gaining great experience in Criminal Law and Personal Injury Law, Andy wanted to move closer to made him who he is - TEXAS!
Andy and his partner began taking on Criminal Law, Family Law and Personal Injury cases in the Dallas area in the early 2010s. After starting a small family of his own, Andy moved his offices even closer to his roots - East Texas. With an office in Mabank, Andy takes cases in Henderson County, Kaufman County, and Van Zandt County.
In his spare time, you'll probably find Andy speeding through lakes and rivers as a professional Tunnel Boat racer. He's also an avid hunter and fisherman - as well as testing the waters as a farmer!
